Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00am will be processed the next business day.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or delays from shipping carriers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your order's status. You can track your shipment by visiting [Carrier's Website] and entering your tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to Canada.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Missing or Lost Shipments

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at prominent.est2015@yahoo.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost packages once they have been marked as "delivered."
